Arrow Festival 2009 is taking place in a foreclosed building in the U St. neighborhood of Washington, DC. Because this isn’t a typical event venue, there is no parking provided and it’s strongly recommended that you take public transportation. The WMATA has a great trip planner that can give you directions. The closest metro stops are the Shaw-Howard University and the U Street / African American Civil War Memorial / Cardozo on the yellow and green lines.
